DOMESTIC SHIPPING
We offer both standard and express shipping with Australia Post and Sendle. You can choose which option you would like at checkout. The price and estimated delivery time will be clearly displayed at checkout. You can decide what option best suits your budget and timeframe.
If you require your order in a hurry we recommend ONLY Australia Post express with signature to ensure your order arrives quickly.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ONLY recommend DHL Express Shipping for International Orders to ensure packages are delivered quickly and safely.
We offer both international standard and express shipping. You can choose at checkout which option you would like. The price and estimated delivery time will be clearly displayed at checkout. You can decide what option best suits your budget and timeframe.
Standard International shipping can take 4-6 weeks, international express can take 2-4 weeks. Postage with DHL express will take 2-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. After we ship your bikini we have no control over it, please be aware that sometimes parcels can get held up in customs. This is rare. American girls--Please no APO's. DHL requires a fixed address. All duties and taxes are payable by you. Please be aware of your countries import taxes before purchase. We do not accept returns due to you not wanting to pay tax on your order.

Some heels are in stock with our supplier, we will need to order them in and receive the item before we can dispatch it to you.
We are currently placing heel orders twice weekly and expect for your order to be dispatched within 5-10 days.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. If a return is sent back outside of this time frame it will not be accepted.
In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly accept returns and refund or exchange via the method of payment used.

Changes to Your Order After Payment
Any changes to your order after it has been placed will delay your order, even if you have paid a rush fee and/or have given us a required date. It is very important that you do not place your order until you are certain that's what you want. Once the process begins, everyone in our shop starts to work on different aspects of the job, changes become costly and time consuming. Changes may incur additional fees.
Garment Disclaimer
Glamfit is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, and/or garment defects (holes in garments, etc.). We try our hardest to inspect the garments as we print them, but we cannot guarantee each garment. We are not the manufacturers of these garments, so we cannot ensure their construction.
Claims & Reprints
We go to great lengths to try to ensure that every order that leaves our facility is correct. Any order printed differently than the mock-up approved will be granted a reprint of the defective product. All claims must be submitted within 72 hours of date of delivery. Please email lucas@glamfitbikinis.com to submit your claim. If Glamfit is responsible for any errors in your order, we will gladly accept responsibility for the issues and will reprint the shirts printed in error. We do not offer refunds, but will gladly reprint any production errors
We will require that you ship the misprinted garments back to our shop (we will provide you with a return shipping label and will cover shipping costs). Glamfit will not be responsible for any shirts sold or given away prior to returning the order.
Example: If you order 100 shirts and you've sold 15 but then you discover a print defect and you return only 85 shirts to Glamfit, we are only responsible for the reprinting of the remaining 85 shirts).
