Welcome! ✨ If you’re brand new to the competition bikini world, you’re not alone — it can feel a little overwhelming at first, but we’ve got you covered.
If you don’t already have a style in mind, we recommend starting with a scroll through our Instagram, @glamfitbikinis, to get inspired. You’ll also want to chat with your coach about what styles, cuts, and colours work best for you and your chosen federation.
Our Guidebook is your best friend — it’s packed with everything you need to know about competition bikinis. And before placing any order through our website, please make sure you’ve checked out our Style and Size Guides so your bikini fits like a dream 💫
How Do I Buy a Bikini?
We offer a few different ways to shop, depending on your timeline and what you’re looking for:
✨ Custom Bikinis & Couture Designs
Build your dream bikini from scratch! Choose your colours, size, cut, connectors, and embellishments using our easy, interactive order form.
• Standard orders: 4-6 week production time
• Couture orders: 6-8 week production time
Because these are custom-made just for you, allocating enough design, production and shipping time is essential 💖
⚡ Ready To Ship
Need a bikini fast? Our Shop Stock bikinis are pre-made and ready to ship the next business day.
Please note: these are sold as-is and cannot be altered.
👉 It’s essential that you read the size guide before purchasing any bikini.
How Far in Advance Should I Order?
The earlier, the better! We recommend:
STANDARD BIKINIS
• 10 weeks for Australian customers
• 12 weeks for international customers
COUTURE BIKINIS
• 16 weeks for Australian customers
• 20 weeks for international customers
Couture bikinis take extra time due to their intricate hand-applied crystals and detailed design process, so please plan ahead.
⏰ During peak season, orders placed within 4 weeks of competition will incur a Rush Fee.
I Need a Bikini NOW — Help!
No stress! If your show is less than 4 weeks away, you have two options:
• Purchase a Ready To Ship bikini
• Place a custom order with a 5–10 business day Rush (additional fees apply)
Do You Make Figure Suits?
We sure do! 💃
Just like our bikinis, our Figure Suits can be fully customised or designed entirely from scratch.
If you'd like to create a unique design not available on our website, please submit a Figure Suit Enquiry with inspiration photos and we can sketch your suit before it goes into production.
Figure suit details:
• Criss-cross back straps.
• Deep V-cut bottoms.
• No scrunch bum (scrunch available upon request)
We can also make our figure suits with a custom Olympia style Women's Physique cut upon request, this cut is only recommended for IFBB Pro Athletes.
Do You Use Swarovski Crystals?
Yes — and more! ✨
You can choose between Preciosa or standard crystals on your order.
• Preciosa: premium sparkle, ultimate bling, Appears “sparklier” under stage lighting
• Standard crystals: high-quality glass/resin, stunning shine, more budget-friendly

I’m Competing in FMG — How Do I Order a Couture Bikini?
Couture bikinis are one-of-a-kind works of art 💎 Because every design is unique, they can’t be ordered through our standard Custom Bikini page.
Instead, you’ll work closely with our designers to bring your vision to life. Submit a Couture Enquiry to get started.
We also offer a range of pre-sketched couture designs if you’re after something show-stopping without the personalised design process.
How Much Does a Couture Bikini Cost?
Couture designs start from AUD $1800 + postage, with most ranging between $2000–$2500, depending on complexity, couture accessories and additional heel embellishments
If couture is outside your budget, our pre-worn Icons Collection are a stunning alternative 💖
When Should I Order a Couture Bikini?
We recommend getting in touch 16-20 weeks out from your show to discuss your design.
• Spots are limited
• A $400-$1000 deposit secures your place if you're not quite ready to submit your Couture Enquiry.
• Full payment is required no later than 12 weeks out
• AfterPay is available for easy instalments
The Quick Buy Bikini I Love Isn’t in My Size — What Now?
Quick Buy bikinis are pre-made and sold as-is. If you’d like changes to colour, cut, or style, simply custom order using the Ready To Ship bikini details as inspiration.
Where Can I Find Prices?
Easy! 💕
• Custom Bikini prices → listed on the product page
• Couture prices → listed on the Couture page
As you select options, the total price updates automatically, with all costs clearly shown — no surprises.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! 🌍 If you have an address, we can ship to you!
• DHL Express: 2–5 business days
• Australia Post: 3–6 weeks
Tracking is provided with both options. Once your parcel leaves Australia, customs delays may occur (especially internationally).
⚠️ US customers: DHL does not ship to APO addresses. Please note you may have to pay import taxes and tariffs
How Do I Measure Myself?
Head straight to our Size Guide — it walks you through everything step by step to ensure the perfect fit. We can also hop on a free zoom call to help you take your measurements and choose the perfect size.
Does My Bikini Top Come With Padding?
All bikinis include a foam lining to prevent “high beams” 😉
You can add extra padding for $10 if you’d like a little extra boost.
We use both bra pads or pillow stuffing depending on the style of bikini top to ensure the smoothest and form-fitting shape.
I’m Losing Weight Before My Show — What Size Do I Order?
Always order with your stage size in mind. Our bikinis are designed for competition lean physiques.
• If between sizes and still losing weight → choose the smaller size
• If close to stage weight → choose the larger size
You can also select “Confirm Hip Measurement 4 Weeks Out”, and we’ll adjust your bikini just before shipping.
📌 Tops run small — please order your current cup size according to our size guide.
What Cut Should I Choose?
This depends on your glutes, confidence level, and federation rules.
• Micro Pro: most popular for bikini competitors
• Pro: popular for federations needing 1/3 glute coverage
👉 IFBB athletes: we strongly recommend Olympian.

Can I Change My Order After Placing It?
We don’t allow changes to colour, cut, or style once your order is submitted.
In some cases, connector or crystal changes may be possible depending on production stage (additional fees may apply).

What If My Bikini Needs Adjusting?
First — don’t panic! 💕
If something doesn’t feel right, email or DM us and we’ll guide you.
• Briefs can usually be adjusted by a dressmaker
• Tops often just need strap adjustments
Competition bikinis are meant to be cheekier than everyday underwear — this is totally normal!
If you’re in Australia, you can post your bikini back for alterations (fees may apply).
What If My Bikini Breaks?
Our connectors are high-quality and built to last, but bikinis are stage costumes — not swimwear.
Take your time putting it on, avoid yanking, and treat it like jewellery ✨
If something does break, we can repair it or send replacement connectors (fees apply unless faulty).
Will My Bikini Arrive on Time if I Confirm Measurements 4 Weeks Out?
Yes! Once we receive your final measurements, your bikini will be adjusted and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Can You Copy a Bikini From Another Brand?
Short answer — no.
We’re proud originals, not copycats 💖
We’re happy to create our own interpretation inspired by your ideas, using our patterns and designs.
Can You Send Me a Photo of My Bikini?
We’d love to — but unfortunately, due to volume (especially during peak season), we can’t provide photos of individual orders.
How Long Does Production Take?
Once confirmed, production takes 2–6 weeks, depending on your order type.
Shipping times vary by location and method.
How Much Is Postage?
• Australia standard: $10-20
• Australia express: $15–$35
• International (DHL recommended): $100–$185 AUD
What Is Your Return Policy?
All bikinis are custom-made, so we have a strict no-refund policy for change of mind (including deciding not to compete).
In the rare case of a fault, we’ll repair, remake, or refund at our discretion.
How Do I Wash My Bikini?
Hand wash gently in cold water with mild detergent.
Lay flat to dry in the shade.
