Choosing Your Brief Style -

 

Brief Styles Available:

Standard Style Briefs:

• Original cut suitable for all bikini and fitness federations.
• Features butterfly-shaped scrunch bottoms to enhance glutes.

Euro Cut Briefs:

• V-shaped design front butterfly scrunch bottoms.
• Sit high on the hips for a flattering look, suitable for European competitors and federations like IFBB.

Figure Suits:

• High V-Shape front and back design with adjustable criss-cross straps.
• Available in various cuts – Pro, Brazilian, Extra Cheeky, and Cheeky.
• Note: No scrunch bottom unless specified; model wears Size 6, Brazilian Cut.

Optional Extra Rise:

• Add 1.5cm to the top of your bikini brief
• Great for tall competitors 174cm tall and above
• Or for competitors with caesarean scars that want them to be covered

Brief Cut Options:

Select from the following cuts tailored to your preferences and federation requirements:

Olympian: Ultra-slim design perfect for experienced bodybuilders showcasing conditioning. Suitable for IFBB/NPC.
Micro Pro Cut: Provides scant coverage to highlight muscle definition. The smallest cut we recommend for federations such as ICN or FMG.
Pro Cut: Minimal coverage ideal for showcasing the glutes. Suitable for most competitors and federations, especially first timers and figure athletes.
Brazilian: Modest cut offering a balance for natural federations and mature competitors. 
Extra Cheeky: Recommended for federations requiring full glute coverage.

Choosing Your Brief Size -

Determine your brief size based on your hip measurement taken at the HIGH HIP along your underwear line. Simply wrap a tape measure around your hip bones, and hold it flat against the skin, it does not need to be pulled so tight that it digs in. Usually your 'High Hip' is located right along your hip bones in between your waist and glutes.

 

 

Important Notes:

Order with your stage weight in mind for the best fit.

If between sizes, opt for the smaller size as you may drop size closer to your competition date.

When ordering through our website, you can choose to update your high hip and rib measurements 4 weeks out from your competition date.

Choosing Your Top Style -

When deciding on your top size and style, consider the following three style options available:

Top Styles Available:

Sweetheart Moulded:

• A solid cup with a scooped design and sewn-in padding for bust enhancement and shaping.
• Suitable for natural or enhanced breasts, adding fullness, cleavage, and the illusion of a fuller bust.
• Ideal for smaller busts, when paired with extra padding.
• Offers support and great for controlling excess skin due to weight loss or breast feeding.
• Perfect for competitors with implants who want a more pushed up effect to bring the breasts closer together.

Slider Style:

• Traditional triangle bikini designed to slide along a drawstring for adjustable size and coverage.
• Breasts will sit more naturally, No push-up effect.
• Natural AA-B cups and Figure competitors will love this top as the soft cups sit flat against the skin so there's no chance of gaping.
• Great for competitors with implants; as the drawstring can be tightened to sit flat against the ribs, up underneath the breast.
• Includes a thin layer of padding to ensure no 'high beams'.
• Pillow stuffing/Extra Padding can be added to give the illusion of a rounder shape.

 

Bombshell Diva:

• Features a continuous underwire peaking in the centre, suitable for FMG, WBFF and fashion-focused federations.
• Deep plunging bra style creating perfect cleavage, ideal for girls with implants or large natural busts.
• Not recommended for those smaller than a natural B cup.
• Girls with very large implants may need to have the padding removed to ensure the bra doesn't 'hover' - please let your couture bikini designer know if you think you'll need this.

 

Choosing Your Top Size -

We usually recommend going with your normal bra size (because sadly you will most likely lose some of your natural bust throughout your prep)

Heel Size Guide -

Many comp heels are a tight fit, so if you are in between sizes, we suggest going up! We are happy to exchange your heels if they're not the perfect fit. See our returns and exchanges page for info.

We understand your size will change as you prep for your show! As competitors and experienced bikini makers, we know you'll lose fat and your measurements will shift. That's why we have the option to update your measurements 4 weeks out from your show.

Keep an eye out for our email reminder to re-measure your high hip and ribs. If we don't receive a response, we'll size your bikini to your original measurements.

Please choose express shipping to ensure you receive your bikini 2-3 weeks before your comp date.

Just received your new competition suit? It might feel a bit snug when you first try it on, but as you get closer to your show date and stage weight, it'll fit just right!

Remember to choose the correct back cut for your federation as the brief cut cannot be changed once your bikini is embellished.

If your hips need re-sizing, you can send us your suit, take it to a local dressmaker, or follow our DIY tutorial - all you need is a needle and thread!
