Brittni Shae

I had always been into sports (Soccer, Track and Field, Cross Country running), but really began my fitness journey in 2010 when I realized I needed to get a lot healthier! I was 25 years old and I had high blood pressure and cholesterol. I focused on improving my eating habits and exercise and I lost significant amount of weight and by the end of 2011.
I decided I wanted to take my training and diet to the next level and set the big goal of competing in 2012 and I won 1st place in one of the 3 shows I competed in.

In 2013 I competed in the WBFF Fitness Model class and won 1st and Pro status!  In August 2013 I competed at the Pro level in Fitness. In 2016 I competed again in the WBFF at two Pro Shows. In April I placed 10th and in August I made second callouts (11-20th) at the WBFF Worlds Championships amongst 45 other WBFF bikini Pros. To make call outs on such a high level is a real honor as I was competing amongst the best fitness athletes in the world!

In the midst of competing for bikini, in June 2016 I competed again in the 52kg USA Powerlifting federation weighing in at 110lb. My PRs are: Squat 204lb and Deadlift 253.5lb. I competed in my 4th powerlifting meet in January 2017.

I have now felt confident again to compete on the WBFF Pro Stage in December 2017. I look forward to wearing my GlamFit Bikini on show day! 

I have also been a career woman for 9 years as a licensed occupational therapist with my Masters of Science degree, I work full time while reaching my fitness goal. I am proof that you can have a successful career and focus on your health and fitness goals if you are willing to put in the hard work.

My passion is to help others create a life they can love to live. I love coaching women all over the world to become confident and fit. I focus on a balanced nutritional intake and enjoyment of food. I also vary my training with heavy lifting to higher rep/time under tension training and have recently started incorporating lots of yoga. I live a very active lifestyle and focus on swimming, biking, and reading in my down time.
