Many comp heels are a tight fit, so if you are in between sizes, we suggest going up! We are happy to exchange your heels if they're not the perfect fit. See our returns and exchanges page for info.

Breaking Them In: Warm the PVC with a hair dryer for 10–30 seconds to gently stretch and mold the fit.
Cleaning: Wipe the footbed with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to keep the insole soft and in good condition.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the clarity of the PVC.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. If a return is sent back outside of this time frame it will not be accepted.
In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly accept returns and refund or exchange via the method of payment used.

True to size fit - We recommend choosing your normal sneaker size, and if you're in-between sizes, go up, as comp heels tend to fit tight.
