Breaking Them In: Warm the PVC with a hair dryer for 10–30 seconds to gently stretch and mold the fit.
Cleaning: Wipe the footbed with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to keep the insole soft and in good condition.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the clarity of the PVC.

Fantastic experience ordering with glamfit. I ordered a pair of heels that were to narrow for my feet so I was in contact with glamfit and was able to exchange for another pair and had the new pair within the week! So accommodating and such fast service! The new pair of heels are fantastic and I love posing in them, super comfy padding and true to size.

Great show for learning - originally I had the Poise shoe but needed something else... looked into the Cocktail and it has been so much easier to pose in. I am usually size 9/9.5 in sneakers so I sized up to 10. This was a good call. I have quite wide feet and bunions which have been difficult to break in, the plastic will shrink and you'll need to use the hair dryer regularly if you have wide feet like me. Not the shoes fault I reckon. They've been good.

This cocktail style really is super comfortable. The plastic straps wore in really quickly and are very flexible once you warm them up. I highly recommend this style for beginners that like the extra padding beneath their feet and don't like the leather feel. I picked up in store and the process was so easy - Sophie even let me try them on before I left to make sure the fit was perfect! Great customer service :)

This is the second pair of posing shoes that I have bought from Glam Fit. Very happy with the product, and the great service.
Sizing was accurate (normally a size 9, and they fit perfectly). High quality, and surprisingly comfortable for someone who doesn't wear heels often!

To whom this may concern, I ordered a pair of heels from you on the 18th of April, I only just received them today. Which was from my own organising picking them up. When they were attempted to be delivered the first time why weren't left because no one was home and I have dogs, which is completely understandable. However, there was no further delivery information after that. I submitted a re-delivery request on the 1st of May and still hadn't heard anything a few days later, submitted another request and then decided to contact the sendle support team to figure out what was going on. When I spoke to the sendle support team last night they told me that my parcel was at the Brendale Depot, which is 1 hour away from my house. I drove there today to pick up my parcel and was told it wasn't there and was sent to the Salisbury Depot. I understand miscommunication and people making mistakes, but it is quite frustrating to be driving over 2.5hours to collect my package that I paid a shipping cost for and have now used my fuel to collect myself. I don't wish to come across as complaining at all, I just want to share my experience and hopefully help give feedback so this does not happen to another person. The delivery experience with the company Glamfit used in this scenario was not enjoyable for myself and it worries me for the next time I choose to order from you guys.
