Heel Size Guide -

Many comp heels are a tight fit, so if you are in between sizes, we suggest going up! We are happy to exchange your heels if they're not the perfect fit. See our returns and exchanges page for info.

Breaking Them In: Warm the PVC with a hair dryer for 10–30 seconds to gently stretch and mold the fit.

Cleaning: Wipe the footbed with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to keep the insole soft and in good condition.

Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the clarity of the PVC.

All posing heels in our "Ready to Ship collection" are kept in stock and ship quickly from our Adelaide Warehouse. Orders are dispatched fast so you can start posing practice right away — perfect for last-minute show prep.


International customers: We ship worldwide. Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s import rules.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. If a return is sent back outside of this time frame it will not be accepted.

In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly accept returns and refund or exchange via the method of payment used.
