Breaking Them In: Warm the PVC with a hair dryer for 10–30 seconds to gently stretch and mold the fit.
Cleaning: Wipe the footbed with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to keep the insole soft and in good condition.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the clarity of the PVC.

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. If a return is sent back outside of this time frame it will not be accepted.

4.5-inch heel and 1-inch platform with a secure ankle strap and chrome base, these beauties are engineered to elevate your bikini, fitness, or figure competition look.
Why we love them - A lower heel so they're super easy to walk in, the rocking platform allows you to hit your poses without the toe getting in the way, great for beginners.
Slightly narrower fit due to the pointed toe - We recommend choosing your normal sneaker size, and if you're in-between sizes, go up, as comp heels tend to fit tight.
