I don’t normally wear high heels and was scare to pose in them, I love the comfort of this heels and the fact that they have a cushion makes them Even more comfortable for my feet and I am able to wear the for a long period of time

Breaking Them In: Warm the PVC with a hair dryer for 10–30 seconds to gently stretch and mold the fit.
Cleaning: Wipe the footbed with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to keep the insole soft and in good condition.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the clarity of the PVC.

The shoes I'm reviewing are a replacement pair due to a manufacturing fault. They are 5/5. I love them. Very comfortable. I would also like to add a thankyou to management for contacting me to resolve an issue I had raised with staff at an earlier time. It was unexpected and something I'm very thankful for. Glamfit management are all about integrity and I'll be browsing again in the future. Thanks :)
Shoes look the goods. Very pretty and the left foot one is 5/5 stars. The right one however is different. The ankle strap is an inch shorter and I can only just get it done up to hole 1. I passed this feedback on to GlamFit, who just handballed all responsibility: "We are just a stockist for Pleaser (aka Fabulicious) so we do not manufacture the shoes ourselves. You're more than welcome to exchange them for another pair however we do not check each pair of heels for faults ourselves as this is the manufacturers responsibility." Terrible attitude. "I'm sorry this has happened, we hope to provide the best products possible and we will raise this with the manufacturer. Would you like to return them, we will cover all costs of shipping" would have been a better response. I considered returning them but didn't, as it's not like they're going to guarantee the next ones they send are any better. Will avoid buying from GlamFit in the future due to their disregard for the quality of products they distribute.
