Changing over your connectors is a simple process and can be done by a dressmaker with a sewing machine or by hand with a needle and thread.
We love every single one of you but unfortunately our time is precious and we do not replace connectors free of charge.
Bikini connectors are delicate and fragile and should be cared for accordingly. We recommend treating like a fine piece of jewellery. As part of the manufacturing process, we carefully check each connector before your product is dispatched to ensure there is no damage.
Connectors break if they have been folded in half, bent, and the metal weakens

We ship with Australia Post. Choose standard or express at checkout — pricing and delivery estimates are shown there.
If you need your order fast, we recommend Australia Post Express with signature.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For the safest and fastest delivery, we strongly recommend DHL Express.
We offer both standard and express international shipping. Delivery times and prices appear at checkout so you can choose what suits your budget and timeline.
- Standard: 4–6 weeks
- International Express: 2–4 weeks
- DHL Express: 2–5 business days
Tracking will be emailed once your order ships. Please note: customs delays can happen, and duties/taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. No APO addresses (DHL requires a fixed address).

Returns must be sent back within 14 days of the customer receiving the order. If a return is sent back outside of this time frame it will not be accepted.
In the case of faulty or incorrect items, we will gladly accept returns and refund or exchange via the method of payment used.
