Heel Size Guide -
Many comp heels are a tight fit, so if you are in between sizes, we suggest going up! We are happy to exchange your heels if they're not the perfect fit. See our returns and exchanges page for info.
Care & Fit Tips
Care & Fit Tips
Breaking Them In: Warm the PVC with a hair dryer for 10–30 seconds to gently stretch and mold the fit.
Cleaning: Wipe the footbed with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals to keep the insole soft and in good condition.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the clarity of the PVC.

Nice for a wider foot! Comfy :)
Great shoes speedy delivery and exchange.
The purchasing experience was amazing! The shoes are a lot more comfortable compared to the cocktail although with the lip change I can’t point my toe as much. I’m an amateur and still quite new so trying a few different options to see what suits me best!
Speedy delivery. Love the shoes.
So comfortable for my first pair of comp heels
Great experience and beautiful shoes!
Lovely
Sizing isn't that great I'm a 9/10 but I need to go up to an 11 to fit also the width is tiny doesn't suit wide feet people be good to have the website advise what best suits people with wide feet to accomadate so we don't constantly send back
my experience has been great, I had to return my shoes for a size up and it was easy and a new pair was shipped out to me immediately. The shoes are also perfect, the guides online are super useful
Love these shoes, perfect for wide feet and super comfy :)
Awesome service, fast delivery... lovely products.
